    Hi Team,

Well this was My Suggestion to Carlo.

I know Steen enjoys Cooking, & does most of it in his Household.
Being a Single Dad, I don't have much choice, but I Love to Cook anyway. Very Happy

Don't know about the rest of you, but you can always give the Recipe to the MISSUS Laughing

I Really Enjoy experimenting with different Recipe's, trying various Curries.
Like Italian, Spanish, Mexican & Chinese Cooking as well Smile

    Always looking for something NEW

    Tapenade........FRENCH

I am Curious, has anyone else tried this ??
I found it in a little French Recipe Book, & it was meant to be Served as an Olive Topping on a Potato Omelette.

However it said it could also be Served as an Appetiser, or on Crackers/ Toast.

So I made it, & tried it on some Crackers.
    Bloody Fantastic Very Happy

Cheap & Quick to make Cool

    Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Stoned Olives (I used Black & Green)
    1 Tablespoon of Capers
1x 425gm can of Tuna in Brine, DRAINED
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
    1/2 Cup Chopped Parsley

Lemon Slices to Garnish if you Wish.

Simply Place ALL the Ingredients in a Food Processor, or Blender, & Mix until it is a Smooth Spreading Consistency.

    DONE Smile
